Weddings within New Orleans and the Northshore (Covington and Mandeville) are included in your collection. For celebrations beyond these areas, a travel rate of $0.90 per mile (round trip) is applied.

For destination events, travel accommodations are thoughtfully coordinated and outlined within your custom proposal.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Weather is always considered when planning your session. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise the overall experience, we have two seamless options: we can transition to a thoughtfully selected indoor location or reschedule for the next available date.


Overcast skies are often beautiful for photography, so light rain or cloud cover does not automatically require a change. I monitor the forecast closely and communicate with you leading up to your session to ensure the best possible outcome.

Your wedding date is officially reserved upon receipt of a signed agreement and a 30% retainer. Because I accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure a highly personalized experience, dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.


For portrait and engagement sessions, a signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to confirm your session date. The remaining balance is structured thoughtfully leading up to your celebration or session.
